I do like the fact that we see the faces of all involved members in this orgy. I think you’re looking way too deep into this. I treat each picture as its own separate scene, not a culmination of all my previous artwork sharing the same continuity. Additionally, within the context of the story this Bleach image is part of, this is one of the biggest dicks Orihime has encountered. Also this was a request from Patreon.
