You should comment on the chapter page itself so the writer can see. I don’t know the exact moment Hinata found out so Sailor would have a better explanation. However I don’t think she knew it was Boruto the entire time
She figured it out when he did his verbal tic, she let it continue because of her mark driving her wild. As Kaguya noted, the lust it causes overrides inhibitions.
