“Gajeel, are you really sure it was a good idea to come to Fortune City?” Levy asked dubiously, looking up at all the signs on the buildings, lit up by magic. All of them advertised places to gamble, places to eat, and places for more… hedonistic activities.

 

“Of course I’m sure!” Gajeel answered with a wide grin, ruffling Levy’s hair and earning a glare from his smaller girlfriend. “We’ll be able to quadruple our money in no time; that will be more than enough to pay off our part of the damages to the water park!”

 

“Through gambling?” Levy’s voice was skeptical as she finger combed her hair back into place. “You really think we’ll be that lucky?”

 

“Yep! After all,” Gajeel gave her a softer smile. “We got together as a couple, didn’t we? I would call that damn lucky.”

 

Pantherlily chuckled and Levy couldn’t help the deep blush that burned her face as she smiled back at Gajeel. He could be very rough around the edges, but also so sweet at times. “You’re right,” she replied, enthusiasm rising within her. “Let’s do this!”

(A FEW HOURS LATER…)

 

Gajeel, Levy, and Pantherlily trudged down the sidewalk like zombies, their heads down, eyes blank, and dark clouds hanging over their heads. People gave them odd looks and gave them plenty of space, not that either of them noticed.

 

“Gone… all our savings… gone…” Levy mumbled, her feet barely leaving the pavement as she shuffled along.

 

“We just kept losing and losing and losing…” Gajeel was no better; he was slumped over so far, his head was at the same level as Levy’s.

 

“Such terrible luck…” Pantherlily muttered, his small form looking even smaller as he almost crawled along the ground.

 

Their stomachs growled in unison, and comical tears started rolling down their faces. “AND WE HAVE NO MONEY FOR FOOD!” they shouted together, scaring the passersby.

 

“-willing to hire anyone! Just for the day! Job pays very well!”

 

Three pairs of eyes snapped towards the man who was shouting above the noise of the crowd, and being largely ignored. Gajeel, Levy, and Pantherlily then looked at each other in perfect agreement before practically running towards the man.

 

“What kind of job are you offering?!” Levy asked breathlessly as she skidded to a halt next to the man.

 

He barely spared her a glance before turning away with a scoff. “One of our top strippers had a family emergency and won’t be here for hours. We need a replacement desperately, but…” He looked Levy up and down, focusing in disappointment on her below average sized breasts, before shaking his head dismissively. “I’m afraid you aren’t up to our …ahem “standards”, sorry!”

 

“WHY YOU LITTLE-I’M GONNA KICK YOUR ASS!” Gajeel raged as his Exceed quickly shifted to his bigger, more muscular form and held the irate Dragon Slayer back. “LEMME GO, PANTHERLILY!”

 

“Gajeel, calm down!” Levy ordered Gajeel beside her. “It’s not that big of a deal. And besides, you heard what kind of job he’s offering!”

 

Stopping his struggles for a moment, Gajeel looked down at his girlfriend, brows furrowed in confusion. “What’s wrong with the job?”

 

A tinge of pink appearing on her cheeks, Levy gave him a disbelieving look. “He’s looking for a stripper! If they hired me, I would be taking my clothes off in front of a crowd of people!”

 

“So? You take your clothes off for me all the time,” Gajeel replied, honest confusion on his face.

 

WHAM!

 

Pantherlily took a prudent step back, several sweat drops appearing on his head. Gajeel lay sprawled out on the ground, his eyes swirling and a large knot on his head. Above him stood his diminutive girlfriend, her smoking fist still shaking and her face bright red with mingled embarrassment and anger.

 

“I’m going on ahead,” Levy told Pantherlily, irritation plain in her voice as she spun on her heel. “Bring Gajeel with you when he wakes up!”

 

Rolling his eyes, the manager of the strip club stopped looking over the crowd for a replacement and turned back to the trio, planning to ask them to please hurry it up…before he froze, eyes widening as he locked onto Levy’s retreating form. ‘Oh my God… THAT ASS IS HUGE!’

 

“WAIT! Um…excuse me??” The manager did his best not to flinch as Levy stopped and looked back over her shoulder, her glare turned his way. He met her eyes for a moment before his gaze dropped back down to her enormous posterior. “You know, I think I might have been too hasty before, my apologies; why don’t we step into my office, and get you started right away?”

 

“Thanks, but no-” Levy’s blush returned in full force when her stomach chose that moment to growl, LOUDLY. “…all right.”

(THIRTY MINUTES LATER…)

 

“Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your patience!” The announcer’s voice quieted the whispering crowd of the strip club. “Unfortunately, our dear Fire Star won’t be able to entertain you today, but don’t worry! We found a young lady who will knock your socks off! Give it up for… LEVY!”

 

The lights dimmed, save for a single spotlight focused on the stage. Then, as music started playing, Levy started walking from the dimness, her heart beating a mile a minute.

 

And immediately, the whispers started.

 

“Nice schoolgirl outfit, but that body…”

 

“Sheesh, she has barely any tits at all.”

 

“This is supposed to be the replacement? Lame.”

 

For a moment, Levy’s step faltered…but then she steeled herself. ‘I’m a member of Fairy Tail! I’ve fought in all kinds of battles; I’m not going to be intimidated by a crowd of drunk perverts!’

 

Standing in the middle of the spotlight, Levy waited until the music built up; then she started dancing, starting with spinning around and shaking her skirt-covered butt at the audience.

 

The crowd’s response was much different this time.

 

“HOLY SHIT!”

 

“GOD DAMN, WHAT A BOOTY!”

 

“HOW DOES A WOMAN THAT SHORT HAVE SUCH A BIG ASS?!”

 

“Gihihihi!” Gajeel chuckled from his spot against the wall, his arms crossed with satisfaction over his chest as money began to be thrown towards Levy. “Show’em what you got, Shrimp!”

 

Beside him, Pantherlily looked over at him, curiosity on his face. “I have to admit, I’m surprised that you aren’t jealous of so many strangers seeing Levy’s body like this.”

 

Gajeel snorted and shook his head. “Nothing to be jealous about. Shrimp has a great body and deserves to show it off.” He bared his sharp teeth in a fierce smile. “And at the end of the day, she’s MY girlfriend; knowing how jealous all these losers will be is great! Gihihihi!”

 

Pantherlily found himself sweat dropping again as Gajeel continued to laugh evilly.

 

Up on stage, Levy spun and danced her way from one side to the other, slowly unbuttoning the white blouse she was wearing. Pulling it off, she tossed it to the crowd, pausing for a moment to show off her black latex bikini top.

 

“Not bad!”

 

“But we want to see that ass!”

 

Rolling her eyes, Levy found herself smiling as she teasingly kicked off her shoes before bending her knees and twerking; slowly at first, then faster and faster as she took hold of the skirt and began to inch it up her thighs.

 

“FUCK, LOOK AT IT JIGGLE!”

 

“I WANNA SPANK IT!”

 

“ME FIRST!”

 

Her confidence rising at the shouted compliments and the steadily increasing amounts of money landing around her, Levy teasingly paused one last time…before ripping the skirt off completely, leaving her wearing only a tiny black latex thong below her waist. As the crowd shouted even louder, she shook her ass harder, inching towards the edge of the stage until she was just out of reach of the eager crowd.

 

“JUST A LITTLE CLOSER!”

 

“SUCH A TEASE; I LOVE IT!”

 

“SHAKE IT, BABY, SHAKE IT!”

 

Gajeel watched it all with satisfaction, and his grin only grew wider as Levy’s dancing grew wilder and more confident. He winced when Levy began stripping completely naked; the screams of the crowd were impressively loud.

 

‘But for all the money Shrimp is making, I can put up with ringing in my ears.’

(THAT EVENING…)

 

“See? Everything worked out!”

 

Levy gave Gajeel a flat look and her boyfriend cleared his throat, looking sheepish.

 

“Thanks to you, of course, Shrimp.”

 

Levy held the stare for a second longer before smirking. “I can’t complain,” she admitted, looking at the four bulging suitcases full of money they would be taking back home. “And…it was kind of fun,” she admitted, blushing.

 

She squeaked when Gajeel pulled her into his arms and into a fierce kiss. “And hot!” he told her, eyes smoldering with desire. “You made us a lot more money than we planned, and really quickly too. So…we still have a few hours before we head back; what do you say we-”

 

This time, Levy was the one to kiss him, her fingers running through his hair. And as they started stripping out of their clothes, there were two thoughts on Gajeel’s mind.

 

‘This is going to be a great night!’ and ‘Magnolia definitely needs a strip club… hmm…’
