Laxus chuckled silently to himself. Juvia had certainly come a long way from the gloomy and isolated young woman she had been in the past. But, he supposed, Fairy Tail had that effect on people.

‘Ah, there she is.‘ Even from the back, Mirajane was unmistakable. Trying to avoid looking like a creepy stalker, Laxus followed her down the street, gradually closing the distance.

Laxus snorted softly. “You’re smarter than that, Mirajane. You know what I want to talk about.” He made his voice as gentle as he could. “Come back to Fairy Tail, Mira. We all miss you, and I know you miss us…well, some of us more than others.”
His small joke succeeded in getting a small chuckle from Mirajane, and she turned around to look at him. “You’re right about that…but a sex guild? Really? I’m surprised you went along with it so easily.”
“Eh, it’s definitely on the odd side,” Laxus conceded with a shrug. “But our guild has never really been the most conventional one. Besides, what will you do without Fairy Tail? You haven’t looked very happy today, and you certainly don’t have much to do, if you’re just walking by the river and sighing dramatically.”
Mirajane gave him a pretty scowl, but didn’t argue with him; Laxus could feel that she was wavering. “Tell you what: come back and give it a try at least. What’s the worst that could happen?”
Mirajane rolled her eyes even as she smirked. “With Fairy Tail’s luck, you really should know better than to tempt fate like that.” As Laxus chuckled, acknowledging her point, she sighed. “All right, you have a deal.”
“Well, not quite yet; I need to make sure that your…skills are up to Fairy Tail’s standards,” Laxus proclaimed with a straight face, heroically fighting back a smirk.
“…oh you have to be fucking kidding me,” Mirajane grumbled, folding her arms under her breasts and giving Laxus a glare. It reminded him fondly of when they were young, when Mirajane was very temperamental and hotheaded. He could see, however, from the glint in her eyes that she wasn’t quite as upset as she seemed. “Fine, you damn pervert. Where do you want to do it?” she asked with a put-upon sigh.
“Just around the corner here,” Laxus replied, leading the way. As they ducked into the small alley, he pulled Mirajane and pushed her up against the wall of the alley; she seemed surprised at first, before returning the kiss, slowly at first, then with more enthusiasm. After a while, her hands began roaming his body, slowly taking off his clothes.
