I Accidently Broke the Website + Important Site Update
Hello! as many of you have noticed, the site has been down for a couple of days. This is mainly due to me accidently breaking the website. A couple of days ago, I got notified by Patreon of featuring images of characters they deem problematic. In response, I immediately removed those pictures on their site. Additionally, I had to go thru my website and remove pictures of certain characters. The issue is, Patreon is not very clear on what/who is okay and not okay to draw because I know other artists whose Patreon feature these characters regularly and have zero issues. So in order to be extra safe, I removed characters I ‘THINK’ would be problematic even if they did not tell me to. I rather be safe than sorry. Characters include artwork featuring Boruto Uzumaki and Sarada Uchiha. I will however continue to post these characters on [FANBOX] and [SUBSCRIBESTAR] if anyone is interested in supporting me over there.
Going back to my website, while mass removing so many images, I must have screwed something up and that broke the website. It became super slow and inoperable. I had to restore the website to a previous state in December and reupload everything I’ve posted since December including fanfics. At least 15 hours was spent working on troubleshooting all of the site issues. When one problem was solved, another popped up. It was a stressful experience because I know nothing about websites so I was very fortunate to have my admin friend helping me thru this the past couple of days. This website wouldn’t exist without him. Even after fixing things, a part of me is paranoid that things will go wrong again. As I make this website public again, I worry that it will go back to super slow and I would need to set the site into maintenance mode again.
In the future, I will be avoiding posting certain characters or images that I ‘think’ Patreon will not like. I won’t provide an explanation, even if the image might appear completely fine to another person. As a result of me removing so many images, it has affected a lot of fanfictions, leaving many chapter gaps in long running series which is somethin I really don’t want. After much thought and discussion with my website guy, I decided to clear the fanfictions of affected series and wipe the slate clean, allowing for new series to be written. The affected series include Bleach, Fairy Tail, Naruto, My Hero Academia, One Punch Man and One Piece. I’m sure there are other solutions, but I decided this was the easiest, least stressful and safest route for me to go. I’m sorry for those who enjoyed the current fanfic series and I hope you enjoy the new stories to come.

Everyone, I will be restarting a new MHA series, keeping aspects of the first one, and still doing my American trip story arc, just set in this new universe. Chapter 1 will be coming as soon as i can get a few details ironed out. As for Naruto and Fairy Tail, I’m still mulling them over. I’ll need to discuss some things with Rtenzo first.

While I understand what your saying and know you have to think hard but why Fairy tail when it was Baruto character that caused this? That is a pretty good indication that there probably wont be much or any stories at all which is kinda sad considering i found this this site thanks to Fairy tail and bleach

SHIT i was so caught up in the images and stories being gone i forgot to warn you, patreon doesn’t care if it was you or a fan that posts any image that is your own work, they will target you and force you to try and remove it no matter what, and sometimes that still won’t be enough and they will terminate your account anyways, you gotta find a donation site or else you could lose all your revenue

There’s this guy on Wattpad called: “GhostTranslator” that translates all of your stories into Spanish and posts it. He gives you credit like: “Storie from Rtenzo” (he doesn’t mention Sailor and the others) and doesn’t use your drawings because you know… Wattpad.
Anyway, I just was wondering if you know this guy and what he is doing, because I haven’t seen you or the others talking about him or seen the guy here (unless he has another name here idk). In cause, you know the guy well sorry for the inconvenience, I didn’t write this to harm anyone. I just have curiosity.

The stories are free for public consumption so as long as he’s not makin any money off of it and giving proper credit (also mention Sailorio or whoever wrote it), it should be fine for the most part. Having someone translate it so others can enjoy is a good thing.

Well, I’m sorry for what happened and I’m also sorry that some girls won’t be able to appear anymore, at least not in a public way in this site or in Patreon, in the same way, I’m sorry that they have to restructure the whole thing of the fanfics and all that, but with patience things will be regular again or so I hope, personally I never liked Boruto or the Raikage, so the fact that Naruto’s son will no longer appear regularly in the place is a kind of consolation for me, but I repeat it is on a personal level, I know that many enjoy that guy, so I can’t be a jerk and talk bad about the situation either. If you want the extra content and are already paying on patreon, you should just support him on fanbox or subscribestar instead of patreon, they are the same after all, just without the restrictions. No need to pay both.
Very mixed overall because… wow. On the one hand, I totally respect and understand the decision. When one puts such a crazy amount of work into making this kind of content only to have a website tell them that they just can’t have it up anywhere coupled with a mistake that resulted in a website having to be partially rebuilt? I respect the idea of not wanting to poke that bear again.
But on the other hand… there are so many stories that are just lost to the ether and any chance of continuing to check those out is now relegated to those who can pay which is fantastic for Sailorlo since they do such amazing work they do deserve compensation but… eh… it’s really odd how it sits with me. I do wish you all luck on the new content though.

Hey man I’m sorry this happened but would it be possible just to re upload the same pictures of the ones that got removed and don’t have to worry about the fanfictions because every Boruto and Sarada pictures and others got removed but hey it’s your website and I’m sorry this happened to you but some other website shouldn’t tell you what to do just keep doing what you’re doing and you have 3 or 4 other pages so hopefully the pictures that got removed here hopefully didn’t get removed other sites but other than that I hope the pictures get reuploaded for the most part and I wish you good luck in the near future

this is something i hate from patreon, they dont want X stuff on thier site ok, but going to other sites and search stuff they dont like is opressive, i know why they do it but still is opressive and stupid and the most funny thing is sometimes they ask to comeback to creators they banned or were near of being banned because those creators earn a good amount of $
Yea it’s the same thing as Twitch who can ban streamers for what they do on Youtube and Twitter. It sucks. But it is what it is and they make the rules of their platform. And oh ya, some creators made them bank lol
I would also ask: Can you tell us which characters you have removed so far? You will stop drawing them but im sure your existing work with them will still be on other safe place on the internet. So knowing who isn’t there anymore whoul be cool.

Patreon wasn’t very clear. However, they cited Boruto and Sarada as examples. I also have a few strong guesses on who else could be a violation and am taking some precautions. And thank you Lamia, I appreciate the support

No, this experience has been emotionally draining and I am done with it. I just want to wipe the stories and move forward with a blank slate.
Is there a backup or another place to read the stories? I stayed halfway through several and I want to know how to read them (I would even pay to do so)
Man I really loved the main line Fairy Tail story. Juvia sucking and fucking evrryone behind Grays back was great and was really hoping to see them come together again

Wow I got it now, but still again it suck about what patreon had to make you do Rtenzo. And pour salt in the wound, this got your own site to get mess up as well as removed a majority of fanfiction stories including mine, which I don’t mind at all so don’t worry. But I’m gald that the site is fixed for now and the writers remaking their stories again. As for the problematic characters that cause the issue, it really suck that they will never make another future appears in your work, especially a certain magenta shortstack and blue haired dragon, but it totally understandable. I just hope it doesn’t again that all I can say.

No, I’m not a writer. I just do the pictures. Part of the reason the stories are posted publicly with the artwork is so the writers, mainly SailorIo, can get exposure and people can support him on Patreon.
I think some of the pages are cached on my browser. Also, couldn’t you have just created an archive?
I actually enjoyed the Hanabi, Juvia, Kushina, Samui, Sarada and especially Sakura ntr ranko fanfics. Is there any other ways to read the old fanfics from before? Will you put them the old ones and arts in some other websites?
I will talk to SailorIo, I wanna keep elements of Ranko island and reboot it perhaps. I personally enjoyed that series, it was fun. As for the art on other websites, no because Patreon.
Well that sucks i knew this might sound selfish but while I do like the images the fanfics made them a whole lot better because the stories added more to them like reading a short page of a light novel. So if all the fanfics for the anime you listed are down that make sense. Are the only ones up going to be for BSU or will those stories be down as well?

I’ve not really set up Fanbox to have the same tiers as my Patreon so theres no request tiers. However, since it’s an art platform, it gives you options to support other artists as well. SubscribeStar however is set up exactly like my Patreon in terms of tiers.
Sucks to hear stuff with the images/stories happened as it has. Glad I always thought to save my favorite images when you’d post them here.

The stories should be able to be fixed simple enough. Example. Rewrite the MHA ones to make it after they graduate. Maybe change school settings or mentions of it to one at one of the hero agencies. At least I believe that should fix it. That’s assuming anyone has access to them anymore. But this can apply to new stories too.
The stories’ aren’t really the issue exactly, it’s mainly my art.
One option is at least with the male characters draw it in such a way they can’t identify who it is (not even by public hair). Leave it to the imagination of the viewer.

Damn this is sad, I hope you can find a way to fix this, if anything, there are some website that can allow you to show how websites used to be from certain points, for example I tried in this website https://archive.ph/ and I could read stories that are no longer available, this can help you retrieve some of the old work, there are other website like this with maybe more recent save.
Oh my bad it could actually only retrieve one story (Chapter 46 of One Piece) :L, maybe this is a hint that it is possible.

Well this is saddening. MHA, Naruto and Fairytail had some of my favorites. Especially Hanabi, Juvia, Kaguya and Flare. Hope you can eventually restore things to how they were before, but keep up the good work regardless man

I’m not trying to be mean, but you kinda asked for it. Did you expect to draw young characters with… huge body parts, call them 18 and expected everyone to get along with it?
This post was made to inform people of upcoming changes. I’m not whining in this post about what Patreon has done to me. I don’t care too much that I can no longer draw these characters. I’m more sad that the site broke and the writers have to start over. The truth is, these characters make up a small % of the total number of characters I draw. There are still plenty of characters in Bleach, Naruto, FT etc etc, I can draw. And I can even branch out to other series too.
I’d tell ya, the new year is absolutely not starting of strong, screw you moral crusaders -__-

It’s also a shame the old stories are gone. But I still plan to support my favorite artists once I’m financially stable enough ! so I will be able to see these stories again on Sailorlo’s patreon, eventually !

Wow, that really sucks, especially with the series that are affected. Then again, I knew Patreon was really on the warpath with artists lately. More so with the character type they’ve chosen to target. Yeah, SubscriberStar and Fanbox are definitely the best way to go moving forward.

Okay so I get why Patreon had to be scrubbed clean of the characters, but why did this site? That part isn’t very clear. This site has nothing to do with Patreon so any reports to them about it shouldn’t matter since the material wasn’t on their site anymore. Also I don’t see why the one shots in all the effected series had to go since they were extremely old and before the issue of the characters involved.
Simple because if someone reported him there they might take steps to report about this website. Dumb I know but it is what it is.
Because Patreon doesn’t allow creators to have content that’s against their TOS even outside of Patreon.

I am emotionally drained right now. It is exhausting to troubleshoot website issues when you know nothing about this sort of stuff. Every issue I resolve, another issue pops up. It keeps snowballing with more and more problems. I’m tired.

No, I removed all the stories for the affected series. This entire situation has been a stressful ordeal and it was just easier and less stressful to remove things.
